Placing an Order Online
Orders can be placed on our website, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you are new to shopping online, placing an order with us is easy, straightforward, safe, and convenient. When you see an item you want to purchase, simply click the Add to Cart button located next to any product on our site. You will be transferred to the shopping cart, and will see your accumulated purchases listed there. At this point, you can checkout, modify your cart's contents, or you may continue browsing the site.
For your safety and convenience, all payments for orders placed on this site are processed through PayPal. Once your order has cleared, it will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days provided there are no shortages or out of stock situations. In that event, we will contact you at once if your order cannot be shipped within a reasonable time and give you the option to cancel. If your order is cancelled by us, your payment will be refunded through PayPal and we will pay any transaction fees that may occur.

Placing an Order By Mail
If you are not comfortable with shopping online, you may place your order through the mail. Please send your order to the mailing address found on our contact page. Make your check or money order payable to The Original Fire Pie Company. Although we will ship as soon as possible after your payment clears, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of mailed orders.
Shipping Rates (USA Only)
For your convenience, we use the US Postal Service Priority Mail to ship all of our orders. This allows us to ship to all locations served by the US Mail service, including Post Office boxes, APO addresses, and US Territories. Our shipping rates are calculated by the total weight of your order and are the same regardless of the zone the delivery is being made to.

Although it is quite uncommon, we realize that there may be an occasional problem with our product not performing as expected. Unfortunately it would not be cost effective for us to accept returned products. If you experience a problem with Kindle-Magic, please give us a call and explain what sort of problem you are having so that we can help you resolve it by phone. In some cases we may issue a refund or send a replacement for any defective product.
Your satisfaction with our products and service is very important to us. If for some reason your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us at once so that we can take care of it as quickly as possible.
